The fastest way to reach us is from inside the app, where we can see which version you are on.
From the app
Open Korelda and tap your picture in the top right to open Settings. Under Help, tap Talk to us. The first reply comes from Claude, an AI assistant made by Anthropic, which reads your messages but never your figures, and you can ask for a person at any point. Your conversation is kept in your account so you can come back to it.

If you cannot get into the app, write to support@korelda.com. Tell us your iPhone model and the version of Korelda, which is at the bottom of Settings.
Common questions
Does Korelda connect to my bank?
Not yet. Bank feeds are on the way. Until then you import a CSV or PDF statement you download from your bank yourself, or type a transaction in. Nothing appears in your ledger that you did not put there.
I forgot my passcode
Tap Forgot passcode? on the lock screen. Korelda logs you out and removes the passcode. Log back in with Apple, Google or your email code, choose a new passcode, and your figures are where you left them.
How do I cancel Korelda Plus?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. Open the iPhone Settings app, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, then Korelda. You can also reach it from Korelda's own Settings. Cancelling before the end of the free trial costs nothing.
How do I delete my account?
In Korelda, open Settings and choose Delete account. It erases your account and everything stored for it, immediately, and it cannot be undone.
What does Korelda Plus include?
Your accounts, transactions and holdings, the whole budget, every chart of your own figures and flagging a deduction are all free. The free plan keeps two bills and five filing rules, tidies one import with AI, and shows the first two repeating payments Korelda finds. Plus lifts those limits and adds the itemised tax report and its exports, rental schedules, car logbooks and capital gains, sync and backup across devices, tags, fresh property estimates, and a holding’s price history past one month.
